EWD install problem resolved?

It requires that File and Printer sharing is enabled / installed.

Also, and I'm not sure about this, but I turned off system restore and let
it delete all of the restore points,
rebooted and then turned on system restore.

I would make sure File and Printer sharing is enabled / installed
first, and if no luck, then do the system restore trick.
