Experienced web designer & coder ready to help out:)

I work for a large financial firm as a web site adminstrator/developer.
I've been in this business for many years. I'm liking what I see with
EWD and have been actively using it daily.

The one thing I'm curious about the most in EWD is the integration with
VSTS in our corporate environment.

Since I personally happen to dislike Visual Studio it isn't something I'm
going to be having experience with but it is my understanding that EWD is
part of the Microsoft strategy for team services. Unlike FrontPage which has
had issues with Visual Studio projects in the past (primarily Visual Studio
2003 and earlier since the method of handling projects in 2005 is much
improved when it come to web projects) EWD was created with a team
environment in mind.

So it should work really well but only time and testing will tell.

Nice to see someone who enjoys coding joining this list, welcome aboard.

I'm not using EWD in a corporate environment but am using it along with
VS2005 and find the round-trip works faultlessly.

Having started some asp.net work in EWD I now tend to do the site
design in EWD and the asp.net in VS. Once you get beyond the basic
controls, asp.net support in EWD is limited, no intellisense for
instance, so working in VS is far better for serious work.

I'm much less on the programmatic coding side and highly more on the
design (HTML, CSS, JS, AJAX) , usability side.

I'm only using .Net2005 because wer are a microsoft shop. So EWD is a
much needed solution in the role I fulfill. The new sourcesave makes
it really hard to work with existing web developers and dreamweaver.

I personally prefer PHP for my own projects, but well you do what the
company wants you to do..

Stupid banks:)
