I actually chose the same template for my test site:
http://exp.frtpg.biz
on a Unix server with FrtPg Exts turned = ON.

What do you mean by this:

'For that reason many people would add an empty file with the default
file name in the image and styles folder.'
& what good does it do?

I was going to Delete all the folders the Pages were in, is that a
good/bad idea?

It prevents people from seeing a list of files in that folder if a page is
not specified.

I could not find a post to which this referred to.

However what your talking about is putting a index.htm (or whatever your
default homepage file name is) in EACH folder on your web template, this
stop people being able to look at a listing of your files particulary in
unix servers... the blank page just stops this happening.

EWD makes web templates with folders for each page which is actually a bad
idea seo wise.

Really all files for the web navigation should be under the root web but I
find this tedious... so I sort mine into categories with a folder each ..
for example you can see this at work on my addonfp.com ... for basic pages
though this is not necessary page such as contact, search. privacy policy,
sitemap, about , disclaimer and the homepage for instance should be under
the root....as well as such pages as FAQ or links .... if there are
catgories though and it's a large site ... do it to suit yourself ... I must
say though my oldest site which is arranged all under the root does the best
in the search enginges. One should use absolute links in the exact same way
EACH and every time for the homepage...and homepages of any folders that are
linked in the menu, use it on the menu use it in the sitemap .. use it in
your sig line... if your site is http://accessfp.net then present that way
all the time otherwise it dilutes your sep potential .... if you want to use
the www use that each and every time.

So, what do you name the file?

Images/(?)
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
b-t-w... I thought your 'About Me' page was interesting, & probably only will be viewed by web design people, but I do think you'v maybe got a bit too much personal info out there?

PS: I just inserted your pic to se what would happen. Looks like it did override a section of the Master Template, if you object to my having used that 'expressions' pic I'll certianly remove it. It's just a test ite at this point.
