[Proposal] Three monetary reforms

I'm in the process of writing an essay called "How to destroy Bitcoin ... and why it needs to be done." In the process of talking with people about it I have come up with three good monetary reforms I wish to propose here. We need real monetary reforms which expand the way we think about money.
Money is a system, not just a "thing" we put in our wallet. It consists of all the institutions which use money, such as banks, corporations and governments as well as all the rules, laws, regulations and policies concerning its use. It's a SYSTEM. The rules of the system can and do change all the time. We need to democratize the process of changing them so that money serves to meet the needs of the people.
1. Allow anyone to transmit money to any account, whether personal, business or governmental, instantly through their debit card or an online payment system like PayPal. I should be able to instantly put money directly into your account by pushing buttons on an ATM, telephone or computer.
2. Allow anyone with a credit or debit card to request "text message verification" through their cell phone. Whenever the card is being used a text message would be sent to your registered cell phone number and the transaction would not be completed until you confirmed it by replying to the message with "OK."
3. Allow anyone to register for access to the banking infrastructure, including the credit card network infrastructure so that you could issue your own currency and transfer it just like you do money through the network.
This is what I call EXPANDING money and making it more useful to people.
