Hey Amit,

 

My present firm is into hospitality firm where I am working, and we are into restructuring the salaries of staff, till now there is no salary structure like giving basic salary + HRA+ medical + pf etc., so now my company really want to include the pf thing in staff salary.

 

I also want to make a proper salary structure of our entire staff, so can u suggest me a proper payroll system which is more related to hospitality line and what all things we really require to start pf thing in employees salary, what all formalities i really need to suffice.
