positions. Your job will require entering details from
emails into an online database. You will note
customer name and email, forward on the original
email, then enter the details into the database.
High speed internet is a must and the ability to
manage a Desktop based email client.

be required to type template answers to customer
enquiries. Most emails will follow a standard script,
and even some simple copy and paste. You must
have a high speed internet line. Please

home researcher. You will conduct comprehensive
research for finding answers to shopping questions.
You must have excellent English and communication
skills, exceptional computer and Internet browsing
skills. This will include the use of subject directories,
search engine, or deep (invisible) web to retrieve
required information. You will then create a database
of resources for future reference."
