DGPADM crashes when input matrix is 0

Hi!

When I call DGEXPV to estimate the exponential of my matrix (with some
zero blocks),
routine DGPADM crashes after having complained about zero norm of the
input matrix.

Why?

The exponential of a zero matrix is the unit matrix. No reason to
crash.
I patched my local Expokit sources to avoid this problem. Now I can
get the
exponential of any matrix, no matter how trivial it is.
To my very humble opinion, this behaviour should find its way to the
regular Expokit distribution.

Can someone please comment on this?
