The 8th ASEM Steering Committee Meeting will be held on 20th September
(Tuesday) at 12:10 pm in Room 406 at the Kobe International Conference
Centre (Conference Venue)

The tentative agenda is as follows:

1.Approve minutes of the 7th ASEM Steering Committee Meeting at
ICEM2010 KL.
2.Matters Arising
3.Appointment of new Chair of ASEM
4.Update on ASEM10 (ATEM11 and upcoming conferences ( Taiwan 2012,
Thailand 2013, Singapore 2014)
5.Decision on 14th ASEM Conference in 2015 (due to less number of
member countries attending this meeting this decision may be postponed
till next meeting). However, requests for holding the meeting are
welcome for consideration by the committee
6.ASEM Matters and Any Other Business

Please let me know if you have any other items to include in the
agenda.

Please note that if you wish to have a proxy for this meeting, you
need to let me know before the conference. No proxies allowed at the
conference.
