Hello!

We're starting to rapidly migrate into eXPlain, and things are going well so far ... a few nits, but it's working.  :-)

When I look at an Iteration, and then click the "Stats" menu item, I'm getting a page that displays the text stats on the left, and a frame of SVG XML on the right ... the SVG is not being rendered into a chart.

Ideas?  Why would this be happening?

You need to have an svg viewer.  If you are using firefox, its enabled by default in the 2.x versions.  If you are using IE, you will need to install the adobe svg viewer.  Let me know if this helps.

This is what is so strange ... I am using Firefox v2.0.0.6 ... which appears to be the latest.  I figured that it would just work.  But I'm just seeing the XML instead ...

Is there maybe something server-side that has to be enabled or configured?

Yeah, it could be a mime type issue.  Can you make sure svg mime types are enabled for your webserver?

Well ... I finally had to go in and hack the handlers.rb file within Mongrel to add the .svg mime_type ... I could not find any other way to do this ...  :-(

Now ... I have a chart!

BUT ... it's not working as expected ... I'll start a new thread ...  ;-)
