What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Add story card to an iteration
2. Click "assign" link in Owner column

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected output would be First Last or Last, First.
Instead, output is First,Last.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Dev Trunk.

Note: the incorrect display is in the popup window where you select a
user to assign
to the card, not in the iteration listing itself.
