The Department of Banking and Finance at the University of Innsbruck is hiring a PhD-candidate (research associate – wissenschaftliche MitarbeiterIn) starting October 3, 2016. The hired candidate will work in the Behavioral and Experimental Finance team (team leaders Jürgen Huber and Michael Kirchler). The position is a 75% position (30 hours per week; salary app. EUR 2.045 gross per month – 14 times per year; duration of contract: 3 years).
The candidate is required to do joint research with the team predominantly in the areas of Behavioral and Experimental Finance/Economics. Requirements for applicants: Master in Finance or Economics, knowledge in Experimental Economics and Finance, Software-skills (e.g., STATA, ztree, otree).
