Use UTF-8 as character set of comments

Hello Great Author!

I like this expenseView very much!
But I have a problem with it:
I am Chinese, I use Chinese to log my comments, and when I wish to
export my expense, I saw ???????, I think this must be the same as
another Asian language.

Please take a look of this issues if you have time, I believe by
solving this, there will be more users from all over the world!
