Subcategories missing when exporting to Excel

The subcategories option in the Edit Expense Categories menu is great,
but when you export expense records to Excel from the Search / Export
Expenses menu, only the top level category is shown. This is despite
the fact that the subcategory is visible in the Search / Export
Expenses search results.
