Expensify team,

Excellent job. I use shoeboxed.com but am convinced to move to
expensify.
Few observations:

1. Would love to have a feature to import my shoeboxed data. can
potentially drive adoption.
2. Once logged in, don't see any way to be able to just send a message
for help/support.
3. Sent few email messages from my email address to
rece...@expensify.com but don't have anything added to my account.
Glitch? or at least an automated messages(didn't get any) to let me
know.
4. would be nice to have few video tutorials to explain the how-tos.
You do have pretty comprehensive information but important stuff get
lost in the text.
