New release of XProject and its plugin for oXygen

Hi,

A new version of XProject, the XML project manager, has been
released. As well as its plugin for oXygen. XProject allows you to
automatically build packages, run unit tests, generate documentation
for your XML-oriented project, using XSLT, XQuery, XProc, XML Schema,
RelaxNG, etc. From the command-line (or from oXygen for the plugin).
