New versions of the HTTP Client: Java + Saxon

Hi,

I have just released new versions of the EXPath HTTP Client
module, both the Java generic implementation and the
implementation for Saxon. The changes are:

- added support for binary request bodies
- added @timeout support
- upgraded to Saxon 9.4
