New repository manager, version 0.11.0

Hi,

I am glad to announce a new release of the package repository
manager. Both the plain zip file and the graphical installer for
expath-repo-0.11.0 are available at the usual location:

http://code.google.com/p/expath-pkg/downloads

This version implements the latest version of the EXPath
Packaging System draft at http://expath.org/spec/pkg/20120509.
In particular the content directory is now always named
"content/" and does not use the package abbrev anymore. New
versions of Saxon and Calabash have also been included.
