OGX GCDP Match
l Match的形势很紧迫，必须非常在意。
今年冬天match紧迫的原因：
1) 其实以2周240多个match的状态来看，我们function的效率是与summer peak一致的；只是最好的match的时间到12月中旬之前就要结束，比夏天短90天，加上过年原因，因此显得紧迫
2) Myaisec.net在11月前2周拖慢了速度
根据这些情况，MC做了紧急调整：
1) 设立专人改状态，相关问题直接联系Chris，基本没问题可以迅速解决
2) 俄罗斯菲律宾等大国已经约到match mania，此外其他TN也陆续跟进
3) 目前的TN量，基本可以保证match掉CI的所有EP （接近900个TN的供应）
LCP需要做的：
1) 尽快选出VPOGX，有的没有正式announce的但是基本选定的请提前和Chris联系，保证信息沟通畅通
2) 非常关切OGX GCDP的match，经常要询问VPOGX相关情况。按照目前的match速度，LC内70%的EP处于已经match/发送AN/约到面试是为健康状态。
3) 因为目前是LC OGX压力最大时期，希望LCP可以亲自参加OGX的meeting，以示鼓励。
4) 因为预计有相当部分match会在12月下旬大多数人考试时进行，因此需要预备部分人力到12月中下旬，请LCP协助VPOGX找到这些人力。
l Transition 很重要，Plan要好好做
OGX GCDP涉及的领域较为复杂，transition需要一个渐进的过程
监督你的VPOGX在12月前两周至少和Chris详尽联系一次
12月第三周Chris会带着VPOGX做很详尽的year plan，在此之前LCP请把你对于OGX的想法告诉Chris
