     It's the platform for you to know deeper, think deeper and act proactively to challenge the status quo within AIESEC Mainland of China from a national perspective. Meantime, your team experiences will be superior as most of them are outgoing LCP/EBs with diverse background.

                                            

Brief introduction of the team/manager opportunities:

|Lead Elite Program Team
Project Manager: 1 (LCP experience required, TM experience preferred)
Project Member: 2 (LCP experience preferred)
Main Job Description:
√ Research on 1213 LCP group for leadership development needs
√ Design relevant programs for Lead Elite
√ Track the program implementation, evaluation and optimization
Learning Points:
Youth leadership development knowledge and practices
Candidates Background:
Interested in youth leadership development
Profound organization understanding
Result-oriented
Good problem indicating, solving skills

|AU Development
Project Manager: 1 (LCP experience required, OGX experience preferred)
Project Member: 2 (VP OGX  experience preferred)
Main Job Description:
√ Consolidate current AU reality, problems, bottlenecks to identify key points to drive within 1112 term
√ Work with local VP LCD/AUD to concrete their Job descriptions, key indicators of success and help them to localize national strategy for AUD
√ Conduct AU audit base on timeline
Learning Points:
Market education, local market localization
Candidates Background Recommended:
Willingness to empower AU development
OGX operation experiences
Good problem indicating, solving skills
Result oriented

|New Market Development
Project Manager: 1 (LCP experience preferred)
Project Member: 1
Main Job Description:
√ Market research on potential new market for expansions/AUs (Mainly in 1st tier cities in China and top university)
√ Co-design organization development path for 2015 even longer term
√ Interview local students for detailed information of markets (establish relations)
Learning Points:
Market research&analysis, organization development strategy (market-based expansion)
Candidates Background Recommended:
Business senses of market research&analysis
Profound organization understanding
Communicative, analytical thinking
Result oriented

|Knowledge Management
Project Manager: 1 (At least EB experience required)
Project Member: 1
Main Job Description:
√ Design knowledge management education program for LCs
√ Manage current national OD knowledge (database)
