相信大家从各个角度、各个方面、天上天下、历史地理、线上线下都知道我要退休啦，咳咳，该是寻找继承人的时候啦!!!

插播重要消息：2011 AIESEC JLU LCP Election将于11月26日(周六)下午进行，基本定在国际合作交流处（友谊会馆），要三分之二的member到场才算投票有效的哦，亲,具体时间地点等短信通知:)

这封邮件就是我们寻找他\她的索引哦，那么我先来介绍下这个大礼包都有什么和怎么用吧:)

1.LCP Application Form,这个文档是候选者填写自己的个人信息、AIESEC相关信息、对明年展望等的重要文档。

2.LCP JD，就是介绍LCP都做什么的啦，一直对我的工作有疑问的童鞋欢迎莅临指导，哈哈

3.MBTI，相信大家对这个性格测试都有所耳闻吧，注意：要自己在网上做测试，把结果写在记事本里即可。

4.Belbin Test，这个是关于在团队中角色的定位和理解。

5.360 Review，这个是候选者邀请两个EB\两个TL或者OCP\两个member对自己进行评价和建议的部分。

截止日期是2011年11月24日24:00，之前请发送1.3.4.5的结果到我的邮箱：mary.l...@gmail.com
