Dear all my leaders of expansions

(especially new elected LCPs)

After MCs' discussion about the AP LCP Meeting, hereby I have sth important to inform you:)

As part of the tradition, we will have national LCP transition camp to prepare LCPs better for the term. And this year, it will be combined together with AP LCP meeting. You are required to join the transition camp. With any unavoidable exceptions, please contact MCP Maggie and VP OD Sophia.

Time: Dec 6-11

(two days esp for Chinese LCPs, 4 days AP LCP meeting)

Dec 6: LCP camp for Chinese LCPs, Dec 7-10 AP LCP meeting, Dec 11 Operation day for Chinese LCPs

What you can get in LCP camp

Get prepared for your LCP first STEP!

LCP camp for China:

Agenda manager: Sophia, delivered by MC team 1112

-Knowledge of organization management

-LCP role for different function (reality and strategy)

-Guidance for selection, transition, planning and operation first steps

-LCP network in MoC

AP LCP Meeting

Agenda manager: Denise (AI VP Country Development for AP), delivered by 6 MCPs

-General AIESEC understanding (AIESEC 2015 esp)

-Learning from other LCs in AP

-LCP network in AP

Financial subsidies

Conference fee:

Delegate fee will be 100% covered by MC for all expansion LCPs

Transportation fee:

Expansion transportation fee is covered by yourself since it's charged from LC Fee (Expansion don't submit LC fee)

Other information

1. Agenda:

Agenda will be sent to you next week. Agenda will start from afternoon of Dec 6th to afternoon of Dec 11th. Please confirm with us (Sophia and Maggie) for time before you booked your flight.

2. Ticket and fee

You are encouraged to book ticket as early as possible. Delegate fee will be paid by MC directly, transportation will be reimbursed.
