第一，关于LCP Transition

这两天Aqua和Shadow都有打电话/G-talk来问我关于LCP Transition的事情。我想今晚BFSU Visit回来之后给大家发一个Guideline然后问Sophia收集一些以前好的LCP Transition Cases。
大家等着我的Output

恭喜UM和SZU,XJTU 已经选出了新的LCP!Jessie,Hauson和Payon:) 我准备把你们都加到新的Coach LC/Expansion Google Group里面去让新老LCP们能一起Happy哈哈!

PS: Payon,Hauson最然你们不是Expansion LCP, 但也是我Coach的LC,所以最近的Transition的邮件我都一起发给大家了。希望你们不要介意嘿嘿。

第二，关于EB Election&Transition

SZU,XJTU和UM这周开始EB Election了。大家Update给我一下你们这里的情况吧。
JLU,QD,ZZU还在准备LCP Election，所以对于EB Transition的东西我就这个周末后再发给大家。这周主要Focus在LCP Transition上面。

第三，关于AP LCP Camp
这个是我们第一次见面(哈哈有木有很期待) 所以作为大家的Coach我有一些计划想在深圳的时候和大家一起实现。主要包括以下几个方面:
1) Get to know each other (Deeply!)
2) Coach expectation and regulation
3) LC Planning 2012-2013 Discussion
4) NatCo Coach Meeting Preparation
5) LC Transition Camp Participation Discussion
内容差不多这么多但是时间我还没有安排因为AP LCP的Agenda还没有出来但我估计应该会很满的:( 这次AP LCP的Coach Meeting很重要因为是部分新老LCP都能在一起的时候!

请大家欢乐积极地给我提出你们的建议和补充(可以吗!让我看到新LCP的Passion!)

哎呀 新LCP們鬧起來！老人也来冒個泡~

UM准备开的Function有 OGX C, OGX NC, ICX, TM, Com, FN. Candidate数量在12人。最近在和EB还有Jessie讨论最终的部门设置、定位和Candidate分配。变数还很大！

深圳的情况呢，是这几天incoming LCP和EB在聊EB candidate还有开新function的事。
现在可以确定的function是ICX-GIP，OGX-(GIP+GCDP),FN,TM,COMM, 应该不会开ER,还在考虑的Project。
目前candidate有8人。

我们老人们也多蹦跶一下吧，大家革命情感再缅怀缅怀！
