        Sorry离开你们这个久:) 这周我继续回来和你们一起努力把最后的Q4搞得Perfect Ending我身体大家不要担心我会慢慢调养的:) 

• LCP/EB Transition

        这个依旧是12月的重头戏。下周开始我周二就去ZZU Visit了，所以周一到周五的晚上大家请主动Online找我说LC Transition的问题(Q&A)，大家要Result-oriented，对于Transition的结果(尤其是Function VP)要设计一份Transition Evaluation Sheet,上面包括所有应该涉及的Area(比如:Function Pipeline Review, Market Review) 让所有的EB Candidates之后填写确保质量。 

        我建议周一UM,BFSU(你们最先完成Election)，周二-周四我在ZZU,周五Qingdao, JLU,SWUFE,周六SCUT,SZU, XJTU.30分钟左右大家跟我把你们的Transition过一遍(内容,时间,流程)。

• AP LCP Camp Arrangement 

      我因为之前没有Session+身体不好(家里管得比较严)所以不提前来了，12月10日到深圳能见到各位新的LCP们，晚上有我的LCD Track，然后12月11日我希望能单独和Expansion的LCP们有一个Meeting (你们能否多待一天)。主要讲一讲2012-2013 Term的Expansion/Coach LC(SZ,XJTU) 发展方向，Coach模式还有我们今年Q4如何做Yearly Review (Yearly Review是新老EB应该一起做的). 我12月估计是不能够Visit Expansion了(原因各种都有)，所以想在AP Camp上面和各位新的LCP们多讨论一些LCD的事情。

Finally, about "Future Envision"

 

      Expansion发展在我的Term的Q3-Q4依旧是Priority,当然我也经过了Q2的经验教训后对之后的Coach有更"Strict, Ambitious, Result-oriented"的要求。这点我希望能在AP Camp的时候和各位传递我的想法。我希望你们能成为下一年这个LC最Ambitious and Influential的Leader,敢于突破和创新，敢于挑战自己。

重要问题！因为现在AP LCP Transition Camp的agenda还没有release, 所以不知道LCP-elected要在6号什么时间前赶到深圳，11号单独和咩meeting的话到什么时间结束呢？
