Part I 2015 Vs. AU Development
首先,谈一下2015和AU Development之后的趋势和MC的角色变化。最早的时候,MC在AUD中几乎没有Responsibility,因为AU是LC Internal Market and Management Responsibility。今年开始,MC Focus在Entry Criteria, Application, Result Audit的两大块领域。明年开始,我们可能会MC LCD vs. OGX vs.TM 在AUD 上有一个Synergy。这个会主要体现在1 OGX Coach AU X Operation 2 LCD Coach AU Direction (Planning, Review) 3 TM Coach AU Member Development 。但是总体而言,LCD依旧是AU总体发展方向和战略管理的Responsible Function (不只是X Operation), 会Coordinate MC Level的OGX与TM去Support Local AUD.我在得到AIESEC 2015的Inputs之后有几个想法想和LCP/VPO/VP LCD们交流:
| AU在Organization Entity的角色| AU的发展趋势我们要如何计划和控制| MC的LCD Function在LC AUD的角色AU最开始的发展角色通常是EP Pool。现在我们规定它必须从EP Pool,从OGX做起——Test市场,Step by Step开发和培养,稳扎稳打扩大Impact。2015 Vision----Engage and Develop Every Young People in the world. 对于我们是机遇也是挑战。机遇,我们可以扩大市场的规模影响力。挑战,我们的规模管理和质量管理越来越南。AU成为我们继续Enlarge Impact, Create Valuable AIESEC XP的重要平台,同时是发展LC Member Scale Management的新机遇。有挑战和竞争,我们才会成长,市场才会被不断优化。所以我个人认为LC应该把AU提升到LC今年很重要的位置, 而不是像以前那样有人力就管无人力就任凭AU自我折腾发展。AU的发展趋势我在AP Track的时候分类说明过。大家可以Check PPT Output——1. LC融合发展 2. LC分离成为独立的Entity 3. 保持AU Level的发展规模和速度我们如何计划控制在于1.我们对于AUD在LC Level如何看待(EB对于AUD的态度,价值观) 2.我们能有多大的Capacity, Resources 3.AU的现在发展阶段 ---->决定了我们的AUD方法,密集程度, 角色扮演---> 整个规划的过程: 1.搜集信息了解市场 2.判断需求和讨论方向 3.目标设定 4.匹配资源和人力MC LCD在LC AUD的角色。MC对于AUD的HR主要有2个NST Manager+MC LCD Director。LCD Director主要是Support LC VP LCD/AUD做好AU的Analysis, Planning, Regular Review。NST Manager会作为Coordinator的角色搜集AU的信息, 更新AU的IM (Database), 参与AU管理方法的讨论(With MC),Monitor Local AUM/LCD在实际实践过程中的反馈(包括解决个别案例问题)。还有就是管理AU Legality (Application, Criteria Review)。但是,我们的终极目标是Empower LC有自己的想法,策略,管理能力,而不是保姆式地Service。所以我们不会去手把手地"教学"。而且,通常LC在AUD上不够Result-oriented,MC也是重于形式,流于表面。我们希望今年开始我们能实质做好事情。Part II Pre-NatCo AU Development Planning马上LC都会开始做Year Plan。Year Plan的基础是现在已有足够的信息,明确的方向和目标,已经之前沉淀的经验教训------AU Planning也不例外。VP LCD/LCP/AUD们可以在现在做的事情是:
- 是什么-搞清楚你的AU Reality (HR,X Operation,Campus)
- 和你的AU Manager, AU Leader联系建立信息的Database (Contact List, Pipeline Tool)
- 和你的AU Manager, Leader 讨论今年发展的经验教训 (他们作为AU Member的角度和我们不同)
- 为什么是这样的想法和需要(AU角度, LC角度)
- 怎么样-发展AU 1213年 这个AU未来的趋势和方向是什么 (LC的VP LCD的角色和AU Manager如何分工)
Result是做出一份AIESEC XXX 2010 AU Development Report。这份Report是应该由VP LCD/AUD负责的。请LC在NatCo之前和Year Plan一起做好,我们在GZ NatCo Function Track要讲。 我和我的NST Lisa和Victoria会负责Coach不同Region的LC VPO/VP LCD做AU Plan。目的是给予建议而不是我们帮LC做。你们可以参考的资料和信息有:
