Announcing March Media Month in the Campaign to Expand Low Power
Radio
The effort to pass the
Local Community Radio Act has been
moving along since the
campaign
kick-off during Inauguration! The bill was introduced in the House
in late February as H.R. 1147 and in the Senate in March as S. 592.

Across the country, people have been mobilizing: taking part in our
postcard
campaign, working to pass
city
council resolutions,
and letting people know that NOW is the time to expand low-power radio.

Let's get the word out about low-power radio and the Local Community
Radio Act! The Prometheus campaign team has developed some tools to
make it easier. They're all on the Prometheus Radio Project's
