Exet update pushed: v0.95

Mostly cosmetic changes, but some menus/menu-items have moved around, so PTAL.

Version: Exet v0.95, March 12, 2025

• Separated out local storage menus and backing up menus into a new menu called "Storage"
• Added check to periodically monitor available local storage and last backup time (did this by extending and renaming the function that was periodically checking version).
• If available storage is too low, or last backup is too stale (1 week), then the Storage menu is turned red and a tool tip is shown on it, encouraging the user to take steps to remedy the situation.
• The last backup time initially is set to the current time, so the first warning will be seen a week after this update is adopted.
• Upgrade "Toggle block" to be a top-level member of the Edit menu (apparently some folks didn't find it)
• Make automagic-block-adding loop till a minimal number (heuristically derived) of lights exists, so that auto-created grids start out in a more directly usable state.
• Refactor the "New crossword" menus, using the phrase "lattice grid" instead of "chequered grid", and upgrading the the creation of a US-style grid to be a top-level menu item.
• Make the order of the Exet tab menus be more natural: Open, Edit, Analysis, Save, Storage.
