Do I need to re-install Exodus?

I was bumped three times from my home region, thre were only two ther people other at the time. so how could that be busy? I even went to control panel, deleted browser history, also uninstalled some dubious downloads. Still nothing..So far Exodus is the only viewer I have had any luck with. this is frustrating , not the first time it happened, but never had it three times and not get on..Ideas and suggestions needed and appreciated..
