Exodus's cornerstone "list" program has been stripped of it's C++
language bits and is now a normal Exodus program - although written in
OO style not traditional.

Since "list" shows off the whole of Exodus including its database
functionality and report writer it is an important marker for the
success of the whole of Exodus.

Ooooohhhhhh, that's lovely.  Much nicer that all of the other LIST/QPROC code that I've seen over the years.
