towait until Excel has fully opened until I effect any code on it. This doesn't work. The file in question has the format "dd-mm-yy filename" and I'd like a way of searching window titles by "filename" since the date is always changing.
Why doesn't Page Title shown on the web browser's section tab match the actual Page Title? It does not change when editing the Page Title. "Blog 3" was the name of the template for the blog, but I of course immediately changed the page title to just "Blog"
Hey! I've changed my page title, navigation title, and seo title on my site editor but the browser tab still lists some pages as the original template title ("About 4", "Contact 1", etc). Any advice to change this?
Depends on how you open the link, open it in a new tab it shows the blog title or SEO title if you have one. Open in the same window and it shows the page's URL slug in the address bar. This is how Chrome works anyway. Edge does the same. I can change what a tab says pretty much on the fly.
I'm having this same issue. Every tab for every blog post (aka "articles" on my site), regardless of the post name or url slug is entitled "articles." I want each tab to have the blog article's name on it. I tried changing the SEO title in our latest article and it still shows up as "articles" in the browser tab.
The Blue Demons improved to 17-7 on the season and will appear in the conference title match for the 11th time in program history and ninth occasion in the past 10 iterations of the postseason event. With a win on Monday, DePaul will claim its fifth BIG EAST title, first since 2019, and earn the league's automatic bid to the NCAA Championships.
DePaul is set to face top-seeded Xavier on Monday, April 22 with a title up for grabs. First serve from Cayce Tennis & Fitness Center is set for 12 p.m. CT with streaming carried on the BIG EAST Digital Network via FloSports.
In doubles action, the Blue Demons won by default on court three before clinching at No.1 as Greta Carbone and Hannah Smith combined for their 12th win of the dual season, 6-4. Carbone fired an ace on second service to claim the early 1-0 advantage for DePaul.
Carbone claimed a decisive 6-1, 6-4 victory on court three over the Red Storm's Nicole Sartz-Lunde. The senior from Milan, Italy has won three-consecutive matches and boasts an 11-4 record this spring.
In her fifth win of the tournament, No. 10-ranked and No. 8-seeded Noel claimed an impressive 6-3, 6-2 win against No. 1-ranked and No. 1-seeded Mary Stoiana from Texas A&M at the Greenwood Tennis Center.
The championship ticket marks the fourth time in the last five tournaments that a Miami Hurricane was in the NCAA Individual Championship match. Noel also joins three Miami alumni who have reached the singles title match.
Set two was tight from the start, but Noel never dropped the lead. The redshirt junior was first to strike in the set, before Stoiana tied it one-game all. As before, Noel went up another game just for the Aggie to even the set at 2-2, earning her last game of the match. In a dominant fashion, the Summit, N.J., native left it all out there to secure the next four games and win the match, 6-3, 6-2.

What is your job title? For many people, job titles are remarkably important. They give people an idea of your responsibilities and place in the business. But what happens when your job title doesn't reflect what you do at your job?
When you accept a new job, your title should be appropriate for the work you will be doing. Are you a Bank Teller? A Customer Service Representative? A Store Manager? When you are first starting, your title will give you an idea of your responsibilities. However, these responsibilities can shift and grow over time until the point where your job title no longer matches what you do. That actually can be a significant problem when it comes to looking for a new job.
What did we do? It turned out to be a simple fix. We combined his job title and his responsibilities. That way, his resume would show his official title while also acknowledging the work he actually did.
The World Chess Championship is played to determine the world champion in chess. The current world champion is Ding Liren, who defeated his opponent Ian Nepomniachtchi in the 2023 World Chess Championship. Magnus Carlsen, the previous world champion, had declined to defend his title.
The first event recognized as a world championship was the 1886 match between the two leading players in the world, Wilhelm Steinitz and Johannes Zukertort. Steinitz won, becoming the first world champion. From 1886 to 1946, the champion set the terms, requiring any challenger to raise a sizable stake and defeat the champion in a match in order to become the new world champion. Following the death of reigning world champion Alexander Alekhine in 1946, FIDE (the International Chess Federation) took over administration of the World Championship, beginning with the 1948 World Championship tournament. From 1948 to 1993, FIDE organized a set of tournaments to choose a new challenger every three years. In 1993, reigning champion Garry Kasparov broke away from FIDE, which led to a rival claimant to the title of World Champion for the next thirteen years. The titles were unified at the World Chess Championship 2006, and all subsequent matches have once again been administered by FIDE.
Since 2014, the championship has settled on a two-year cycle, with championships occurring every even year. The 2020 and 2022 matches were postponed to 2021 and 2023 respectively because of the COVID-19 pandemic;[1] the next match will return to the normal schedule and be held in 2024.
Though the world championship is open to all players, there are separate championships for women, under-20s and lower age groups, and seniors. There are also chess world championships in rapid, blitz, correspondence, problem solving, Fischer random chess, and computer chess.
The game of chess in its modern form emerged in Spain in the 15th century, though rule variations persisted until the late 19th century. Before Wilhelm Steinitz and Johannes Zukertort in the late 19th century, no chess player seriously claimed to be champion of the world. The phrase was used by some chess writers to describe other players of their day, and the status of being the best at the time has sometimes been awarded in retrospect, going back to the early 17th-century Italian player Gioachino Greco (the first player where complete games survive).[2] Richard Lambe, in his 1764 book The History of Chess, wrote that the 18th-century French player Franois-Andr Danican Philidor was "supposed to be the best Chess-player in the world".[3] Philidor wrote an extremely successful chess book (Analyse du jeu des checs) and gave public demonstrations of his blindfold chess skills.[4] However, some of Philidor's contemporaries were not convinced by the analysis Philidor gave in his book (e.g. the Modenese Masters), and some more recent authors have echoed these doubts.[5][6][2]
