PKCS#1 only defines two "old-style" paddings (aka "v1.5" because these were the two paddings defined in PKCS#1 v1.5, while more modern versions add other options, known as "OAEP" and "PSS"). These two paddings are the "type 1" and "type 2". There is no defined "type 0" padding; of course, any byte can conceptually have any value in the 0 to 255 range, but PKCS#1 defines only two paddings, not three or more.

I've discovered that when encrypting using RSA public keys alone, encryption appears to be deterministic (meaning encrypting the same message multiple times results in the same cipher text). However, once I add PKCS#1 v1.5 padding, it becomes non-deterministic (the cipher text differs on subsequent encryptions).

CTP2 of our ADO.NET Data Services v1.5 release is now available for download here. ADO.NET Data Services v1.5 CTP2 is the second tech preview release of the next version of ADO.NET Data Services. This release (v1.5) will target the .NET Framework 3.5 SP1 & Silverlight 3 platforms and provide new client and server side features for data service developers. In addition, the features included in this release (v1.5) will be part of the .NET Framework 4 release.

This release includes updates to the features that were in the CTP1 release of ADO.NET Data Services v1.5 plus a few additional new features and a number of bug fixes. The features included in this CTP are:

A2: By in large this install is side-by-side with existing VS 2008 SP1 and .NET Fx 3.5SP1 bits; however, that was not possible in all cases so some .NET and VS files will be modified by the CTP2 installer. The files should be replaced to their original state during uninstall of this CTP. CTP2 does NOT install side-by-side with CTP1 of ADO.NET Data Services v1.5. The CTP2 installer will require you to first uninstall CTP1.

In the ever-evolving world of artificial intelligence, the introduction of LLaVA v1.5 has taken the tech community by storm. This new open-source multimodal model is not just another AI model; it's a formidable contender against the renowned GPT-4 with its advanced multimodal capabilities.

LLaVA v1.5 employs a unique projection matrix that seamlessly connects the pre-trained CLIP ViT-L/14 vision encoder with Vicuna LLM. This synergy results in a robust model proficient in handling both images and text. The training process is meticulous. Initially, the projection matrix is updated based on a subset of CC3M to ensure better alignment. Following this, the entire model undergoes fine-tuning, specifically targeting two use cases: Visual Chat and Science QA. The outcome? A state-of-the-art accuracy on the Science QA benchmark.

The model's release was accompanied by a free-to-access demo, which quickly garnered attention, primarily due to its awe-inspiring multimodal capabilities. Users from various domains tested the model, and the results were nothing short of impressive. Whether it was suggesting food recipes from an image, cracking CAPTCHA codes, generating UI codes, or identifying objects and animals, LLaVA v1.5 showcased its prowess.

The advent of an open-source model like LLaVA v1.5 in the multimodal space is a testament to the limitless possibilities that lie ahead. As we eagerly await the wider rollout of the GPT-4 vision model and the much-anticipated Google Gemini model, one thing is clear: the future of AI is bright, and it's here to change lives.

Vicuna v1.5 (16k) is fine-tuned from Llama 2 with supervised instruction fine-tuning and linear RoPE scaling. The training data is around 125K conversations collected from ShareGPT.com. These conversations are packed into sequences that contain 16K tokens each.See more details in the "Training Details of Vicuna Models" section in the appendix of this paper.

taiwebs.com is a website to download applications, tips, software: windows, android, ios, webs diversity to everyone is completely free. We always strive to bring the best products to our users. Hope everyone will like and support the Website to grow.

NOTE: All Links to Download are located BELOW the Version Update Title!!! Important. usually windows will now BLOCK all dll/exes within zip files you download via web. After downloading a zip from here right-click on the zip file BEFORE unzipping and select UNBLOCK. This will unblock all files within zip. You can also use the free 7zip program to unzip as that will not enfore the windows BLOCK as well (it seems). Usually just unzip into PinUPSystem root: see instructions. if you are on v1.3 follow the v1.4 upgrade link at bottom of this page before applying v1.4.x To see which version you are on, right-click (select properties) on pinupdisplay.exe in your pinupsystem folder. You will see verison like 1.4.4.xxx (means 1.4.4 the last number is just a build #)

ROBOT attack is an adaptive chosen-ciphertext attack against RSA PKCS#1 v1.5 encryption block formatting.

This attack relies on the presence of a side channel indicating, for any chosen ciphertext, whether the corresponding plaintext has the correct format according to the RSA PKCS#1 v1.5 standard. The attacker could exploit this side channel as an oracle, iteratively constructing crafted TLS messages. Eventually the attacker might be able to recover the plaintext for a given TLS session.

The new research focused on identifying current TLS implementations affected by the classic Bleichenbacher attack or those affected by newly introduced variations. These new variations use the overall TCP connection state as a possible side channel and use a nonstandard, abbreviated TLS message flow.
