After completion of this program, you should be able to:
- Understand the switchgear components and designing Control Panel.
- Able to design and troubleshoot the Motor Starters used in industries.
- Able to design & troubleshoot Star/Delta Starter,DOL Starter.
- Able to design automatic control systems as well as selection criteria.
- Able to deal with Industrial Sensors for measurement and calculations.
- Able to deal with VSD systems and its operation using programming parameters

1)Classic Control based Automation Outlines:
-Introduction Switchgears
- Practically dealing Relays,contactors,timers,circuit breakers and other switching systems.
- Practical on Reversible DOL Motor starter with concept of Panel Designing
- Practical on Star/Delta Starter
- Designing the RDOL starter with the help of a PLC
- And Star/Delta Starter also using PLC advanced systems
- Learning any control process for automation.
- Also advanced Feature will be shown in which controlling is done from a Laptop.
- Learning selection for all these switchgears
- Calculation on Motor Parameters.
- Nameplate reading.
- Ingress Protection.
- Use and applications of switchgears
- Reasonable feedback and test will be conducted to ensure the growth of the candidate.
2). Instrumentation Description:
After completion of instrumentation part, you should be able to:
Understand how to deal the process variables for dealing the temperature,flow,level
Be able to use sensors such as Proximity switches
Be able to configure Temperature sensors using Thermocouple
Understand how to use Level controller along with its sensors.
Be able to configure any automatic process using these sensors.
Be able to wire such systems in PLC or VSD systems
Be able to understand how to use them at home automation.
Be able to understand how to do the commissioning and achieving the process
Course equipment per delegate:
All hardware will be available in the training hall.
3)Variable Speed Drives(VSD)
Understanding the Softstarter concepts.
Learning the Wiring of the VSD for Control and Power operations
Practical on wiring of the VSD along with the Internal/External Control.
Setting parameters for programming in the VSD.
Practically dealing Starting/Stopping,Speed Control and Torque Parameters
