We have had interviews for this and we are falling short on the ODI experience. This is crucial. The client will not take someone UNLESS they have VERY DEEP ODI experience.
Oracle DBA with Golden Gate and ODI

Duration:
6 months for openers / probably go long term. Placed one 18 months ago
and still there…he started with 6 month increments.
Rate - Reasonable
Jersey City, NJ (PREFER LOCAL / phone interview, then probable F2F)
Skills needed:
RAC 11 and 12.
ODI / Golden Gate expert please.
Pluses;
OID / Exadata / Rman / Dataguard, CDC will be a huge pluses.
Normal day to day DBA support will be needed.

Gate and how it works with ODI - mandatory
Patching/backups/restores/upgrades/monitoring/troubleshooting/tuning
Excellent communication skills
Must have HEAVY Golden Gate and ODI. Lead experience would be a plus.
