Summary of
Project:
The main function is to design, develop, and implement applications using
in-demand languages and technologies (Excel, Power Query/M, Power BI/DAX, SQL,
Azure Database support, and PowerApps) to support business requirements.
Responsibilities:
Create Multidisciplinary Power BI tools for finance and refinery operations
teams to visualize and forecast performance. Will be embedded in finance and
operations groups at the Richmond Refinery to execute special projects. Special
projects will include: transitioning current analysis tools from Excel format
to Power BI format, creating bespoke cost forecasting tools for complex
maintenance and construction projects, and creating / maintaining databases /
data storage solutions for products. Analyst will report to BI-proficient
manager / supervisor in the finance group that will scope and supervise
execution of all special projects.
Required Qualifications:
· 2-4 years’ experience
· Proficient in Excel
· Power Query/M
· Power BI/DAX
· SQL
· Azure Database support
·
PowerApps.
Education:
· High school diploma
