Position: Senior Salesforce Developer
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Work Model: Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite Per Week
Type: Contract
Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and support enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong Apex expertise, Lightning Web Component experience, and hands-on integration knowledge in large-scale environments.
Key Responsibilities
• Design Salesforce data models including custom objects, fields, relationships, and validation rules
• Develop Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, future and queueable processes
• Build Lightning Web Components and apply CSS for responsive UI
• Implement Flows, Approval Processes, and declarative automations
• Develop and consume REST/SOAP integrations
• Write and maintain robust Apex test classes
• Use Salesforce CLI, VS Code, and Git for deployments and CI/CD
• Participate in code reviews and apply static analysis best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on design and release planning
Must Have Skills
• Strong Apex development (triggers, classes, async patterns)
• Hands-on LWC experience
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce data model and configuration
• Experience with Flows and declarative automation
• REST API integration experience
• Experience with Git and CI/CD workflows
Nice to Have
• Experience with enterprise frameworks (FFLIB or similar)
• Identity & access management knowledge
• Multi-org release management exposure
• Salesforce Platform Developer certifications
