Role: Senior DevOps Engineer
Location: Chicago, IL — Hybrid onsite – Locals to Chicago only
Term: 12/01/2025 – 11/30/2026
Type: W2 Contract
Focus: CI/CD, Cloud Infra, DevSecOps, Azure DevOps

What You’ll Do:
• Build, optimize, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for cloud deployments
• Support fully automated, highly available software stacks in Azure/AWS
• Troubleshoot CI/CD failures, dependency issues, infra bottlenecks
• Embed “shift-left” security with SonarQube, Checkmarx, PrismaCloud
• Contribute to architecture discussions around cloud controls and design
• Work with Agile teams to support ADO configurations and SCRUM processes
• Lead DevSecOps culture adoption across engineering teams
• Ensure compliance with performance, security, recovery, and availability standards
• Improve environment stability and deployment workflows across software teams
Top Skills Needed:
• 5+ years DevOps + software engineering
• Strong Azure DevOps (ADO) expertise
• Terraform / Ansible / Chef for IaC
• Docker, Kubernetes, EKS/ECS
• AWS + Azure cloud engineering
• Python, PowerShell, C++, or C# scripting
• Monitoring/Logging: Datadog, SolarWinds, Splunk, CloudWatch
• Database experience (SQL, NoSQL, DynamoDB, MongoDB, Neo4J, etc.)
• Experience with Agile, SCRUM, Jira, and SDLC modernization
