Role: Continuous Integration Engineer
Location: Foster City, CA - locals only
Schedule: Hybrid — 3 days onsite
Type: Contract

What You’ll Do:
• Own and operate CI infrastructure (build agents, runners, worker pools, container images)
• Design and maintain scalable, high-reliability CI pipelines
• Troubleshoot CI failures, dependency issues, and performance bottlenecks
• Partner closely with platform engineers to level up CI systems and automation
What You’ll Bring:
• 2–4 years in DevOps/SRE/CI engineering roles
• Degree in Computer Science (or equivalent technical experience)
• Proficiency with CI platforms such as Buildkite, Jenkins, GitHub Actions
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Working knowledge of Docker and containerization
• Strong scripting skills in Python or Bash
Preferred Experience:
• Hands-on Buildkite experience
• Bazel, Gradle, or similar build tools
• Git expertise and monorepo familiarity
• Strong cross-functional communication skills
