1) Your Area events details  

A) Oct 12th 2012 Workshop on Triangle of success - the details can be obtained through the mails circulated earlier by myself & SRK

B) March 15th 2013 - Upcoming Area 18 contest

 

2) Photographs of your workshops or special meetings

A) Photographs of Workshop on Triangle of success has already been handed over to ADGET-SRK. Regarding special meetings I would request the details from Qatar Toastmasters on the Qatar Open event.

3) Installations or Club Anniversary photos

A) Will request all clubs for their installation ceremony photos + QTM for their upcoming 15th anniversary meeting on Dec 14th

4) Any news letters or articles

A) Will request all clubs

5) A brief introduction of all the Officers ( Div and Area Ex com)

A) Will request the Area 18 Excom team

6) All the contest dates

A) Will inform you once clubs decide on the dates. Area 18 contest date is mentioned as above

Please be informed that our Division website will be up and running in few days.

Now to help our web developer , i would need you all to send the following:

1) Your Area events details

2) Photographs of your workshops or special meetings

3) Installations or Club Anniversary photos

4) Any news letters or articles

5) A brief introduction of all the Officers ( Div and Area Ex com)

6) All the contest dates

Please send high resolution photos of all the events.  Please get all these things ready and i will let you know the deadline to send it across.

We need to have a new Div Ex Com Pic. Can we get it clicked on Friday if all the Div officials will be present during COT? Please confirm.
