In the attachment, I am sending list of suggestions for
voting..
See PS regarding the voting and its significance.
You can vote for the change, or against the change or abstain.
I urge all of you to exercise this right and duty to vote so that the best decisions will emerge.
Send this file to me with a copy to TM Layal as a safe record.

PS
You can vote for the change, or against the change or abstain.
I shall also vote like all of you, but my vote will count only if there is a tie.
(like a tie breaker judge)
In all cases, status quo continues unless majority has voted for change.
In the case of removing an award or starting a new award, simple majority of the total voting college is required, that is minimum 8 out of 14.
There is no quorum for all other cases. Those who do not send their votes will be in the group of abstainers.
In all such cases, majority means the higher number of votes, either for or against.
Example 1 : If out of 14, 3 abstain, 6 vote for change and 5 against change, Change will be effected.
Example 2 : If 2 people vote
for and 3 vote against, change will be rejected and status-quo will continue.
(Higher numbr of abstainers has no value)
If there are suggestions for change in the same clause, in case of a tie, the change closer to status quo will be accepted..
Example 3 : In the case of points awarded for a partiualr clause,
if 3 people vote to change points from the existing 10 to 15
and 5 people vote to change points from the exisitng 10 to 5
and 5 people vote to change points from the existing 10 to 12
The accepted proposal for implementation will be “change points from 10 to 12.
