So this is the final event flow for all of your reference. Please each of you keep one of this hard copy with you for any sort of reference.

Today for the full rehearsal your presence is highly appreciated @ Chancellor Hall starting from 8 pm sharp. Specially Logistic Dept (people are informed to be there at 7:30- 7:45pm). ;)

All the USHERS & other people related to the event flow need to be there on time.

Sohaib, bring the flags.

In the afternoon, don't forget the CONVOY! I hope Shehab already informed the security about it.
