Few Requests

People just to remind to make my things easier 2moro so that I don't have to shout:

1. Practice for flashmob is sharp @ 6 pm @ Chancellor Hall. Inform your committee about it & encourage them to attend.

2. To PnP, Backdrop, Montage & other related things are ready before the rehearsal.

3. To Logistics, make sure the labeling is done from the VIP list to performers before the rehearsal. Assign 3 people to be on the backstage all the time. and also if possible the stands with the red thing beside the performers island.

4. To Sponsorship, arrange water for the ICN committee, medtech & ITMS people for 2moro.

5. To CnP, background music, Host video, audio for VIP, UM & UTM songs, flag parade & flash mob song is ready before rehearsal.

6. To the ushers, inform them please NOT to come at 10 or 11 pm. ask them to be there before the rehearsal.

Please get some walkies- talkies. Its pretty much hard to communicate verbally all the time.
