Dear Mr. Mohd Soharzry,

 

We will ask the student to get the assistance from the Maintenance Department to pull down the ICN banners as attached file ASAP. As according to the ICN Committee, they will go to the Maintenance Department on 18^th March 2013. Perhaps, they didn’t meet the Maintenance Department yet.

 

 

Dear all ISC High Committee,

 

For your information, this is the second complain report received by ISU regarding ICN program. We are so disappointed because of this issues could tarnish ISU and ISC good reputation. We want the ISC High Committee to be more serious about this issue and please rectify it ASAP. We also wanted to know about the damage of ITMS equipment’s, whether it has been repair or not?. We don’t want in the future, other department do not have any trust to ISU and ISC if we wanted to organize program or event.

 

Please get assistance from the Maintenance Department before you bring down the banner because risk might incurred as the safety should be always be given a priority.

 

Your kind understanding and cooperation is very much appreciated.

There is one more issue on ICN 2013 where some banners still have not pulled down. Next usage of Chancellor Hall is rehearsal of Euphonius 2013 on 28 Mac 2013. I hope the ICN 2013 committee shall take note on this matter.

Dear En Saiful,

 

Seperti perkara diatas,terdapat 2 jenis peralatan yang digunakan oleh pelajar telah rosak pada beberapa bahagian,ada antaranya boleh dibaiki kembali dan

ada yang tidak boleh digunakan langsung.

 

Peralatan adalah seperti berikut:

 

1.       Hailer Magaphone Model ER-66s

2.       CHIAYO P.A system model : Victory 2000 (U1STR)

 

Peralatan tersebut telah ditempah atas nama : Edwin Lawrence ,Std ID:16960 , HP:0164759780 dan peralatan tersebut telah diambil dah dijaga oleh Shehab Alhemyari,Head of Dept. of Logistic,ICN 2013 , Std ID:14623,HP:01114722956.

 

Pada 1Mac 2013 peralatan telah diambil oleh pelajar,terdapat 4 jenis pelaratan iaitu :

 

1.Hailer Magaphone Model ER-66s

2.CHIAYO P.A system model : Victory 2000 (U1STR)

3.Panasonic LCD Projector model LB50

4.LCD Projector Screen.

 

2 unit peralatan telah dihantar awal pada 11 Mac 2013 iaitu Panasonic LCD Projector model LB50 dan LCD Projector Screen,ianya berada dalam keadaan baik.dan 2 unit peralatan lain telah dihantar pada 20 Mac 2013.terdapat peralatan yang rosak dan tidak berfungsi seperti dinyatakan diatas,gambar peralatan tersebut adalah seperti dibawah.

I thought the maintenance department didnt want us to go up there ourselves and they said tht they will take it out themselves.
