The 16th Edition of the Faculty Development Programme (FDP) 2026 has been announced by IIM Indore. IIM Indore's FDP is a 5-week residential programme that is specifically created for faculty members of management education and training institutions to boost the research and teaching capacities of management educators. For extensive exposure to research, teaching, and case development, the programme is managed by IIM Indore faculty.
The annual Faculty Development Programme (FDP) 2026 is scheduled from April 07 to May 09, 2026.
The tentative topics are as follows:
· Participant Centered Learning
· Writing Cases
· Developing and Using Simulations and Games
· Research methodology
· Philosophy of Management Research
· Navigating through the Review process
· Introduction to qualitative research tools
The fee for the programme is as follows:
