am P. Murugan pursuing my doctoral level research in the Department of
Management Studies at Anna University, Chennai, Tamilnadu. The focus of
my research is to study the Work-Family Balance among faculty members of
higher educational institutions. This study aims to test and validate a model
on Life satisfaction from the work-family balance perspective. The collected
responses will be used exclusively for academic purpose and I assure the
respondents that the identities and individual responses will be kept
confidential.
