At this point, I don't think the US and India should pursue a GIP partnership. Our raising has dropped since Q2 and is continuing to decline. Emma and I are hard at work to change this, however I cannot make any promises. Depending on how we perform in Q4 and into the beginning of Q1, I think there may be potential to partner for Database and Network Analysis/Management profiles for next spring!

When I see a trend happening with this, I will definitely reach out to promote specific opportunities and to re-visit a potential partnership.
