Myaiesec.net id tracker is completely updated you guys might need to update it later in the coming time once new members are allotted to your departments.
Talking of new members, congratulations soon you will have new amazing, talented young individuals working with you and converting your dreams into reality, thanks to the EB and OC.
And as we talk about new membership, It is really important for us to be fully prepared and geared up to give them a good experience. Because this membership is the only way to make things happen for the coming time and as non-exchangers its your prior duty to make these people align to your departments and team and in the end making sure they are experiencing AIESEC to the fullest.

The purpose to have all this is simple, It is very essential to connect people to your department and its essence i.e its existence, impact, work, history etc and most important people should be aware that why they do what they do, what they do and how they do.
Get behind your Vice-President's and co- Team Leaders to get this done. This should be your highest priority before the allotment of new members.
Once you have your department vision, purpose, mission, Mos and goals in place, Its time you and your co-tl's team should come up with them too.
