Hello, This is a show cause and as per your role, you guys are HR managers of your departments.  It is your duty to make sure people are regular with AIESEC and are active. Besides this it is your duty to keep or throw the individual out of the department if they are unfit.

People who miss 3 forums continuously or are not active, responding, or have inappropriate behavior regarding the team VP or TL just forward this and make sure you cc Rupika and particular Vice-President in the mail.

Lets get into Action.
P.S Edit the mail before you send it.

Good Evening *abc*,

This mail has been sent to you as a *show-cause notice from AIESEC Chandigarh for the second time.  The reason(s) you are receiving this mail are:

  • For not reporting to your responsible VP, Tl's
  • For not attending LC Forum- GBM's, Department Meetings / Operational Blocks.
  • Not replying to your first showcause.
As for this instant you are on the stake of expulsion, due to your negligence to report to any LC official and for the above mentioned reasons.

Awaiting a reply.

*Show-cause:  Notice demanding a member to justify/explain the failure to act upon the basic job role or any unethical action which might cause liabilities to AIESEC Chandigarh.  Receiver to a show-cause has to reply to the notice within 48 hours of receiving it. Failure to do so will result in an automatic 2nd showcause. A member will receive maximum of 3 show-cause during their spell with AIESEC.
