Hello Everyone,
I know I am writing a mail to you after very long and I apologize for it. This is going to be a bit long, so please read it patiently and properly.
One Month of Recruitment, Mentorship, RYLC, Home-Scene, Exams - I just realized that life is becoming so complicated. Everyday all these problems led to stress and things were turning negative. It resulted in Stress, Anger, Negativity and Impatience. All these things together made me sit idle and do nothing, and at once I saw my EB Application which just helped to me to think about what was going wrong professionally and personally. Sitting and thinking back I realized that things were not going the way I wanted them for me and my LC. I realized that I have signed up for something big , something unique, something I have always dreamt of when I came into this beautiful organization. I am not writing this mail to motivate you, inspire you or to make you work. I am writing this because I think it is right and you all somewhere will be or have been at this position. Life becomes difficult and complicated at times, but it depends on you how early you find the solution and give it your best shot. I took the step which changed things for me, 70% of things are going the right way and all because I preferred not be lazy and change things.
First of all thank-you for reading the above message.
Moving ahead, I am thankful to all of you for filling the Tracker before Deadline. It is highly appreciated.
This mail would be a task-list for all of you
Task 1: Please be pro-active on social media, I guess you all know there is social media campaign "WANDERLUST" going on. I think you all are MB Members now and this is something that you should do yourself instead others pestering you to do the same. Hold your Co- MB Members accountable.
Task 2: Please start understanding your department realities and start behaving like a support to your Co-TLs and VP for running your departments properly. Thank-you Ankita for being so proactive.You can also talk to her and implement the same in your respective departments.
Task 3: This task is very important and needs a lot of understanding and implementation by all of you. Before you all come for tomorrow's meeting please do some important research on following aspects. Talk to your VPs and Co- TLs and prepare the report. The list of the things you need to prepare a report on is
- SWOT Analysis of your Department
- Total number of actual Raise, Match and Realizations done by the department.
- Training required by Members if any, can be operational or on softer aspects.
- Help needed from any X-Support department

Any Old Member from 2012/ December Recruit who needs to be reviewed or discharged

List of each and every member/TL in your department.
The above mentioned report can be made on your dairies, please prepare it step by step because agenda of tomorrow's meeting is based on this. The meeting would be long but I promise you if you do the needful, it will make your and your department's life simple. To make this meeting fruitful be on time so that we finish on time.
Reminder: Prepare the reports, meeting tomorrow at 11:00 AM at BNB, Sector 38
Important task for Sneha: Please prepare AM Meeting updates accordingly, we will discuss them in the meeting. Remember you play an important role and you need to have synergy with all departments in one way or the other.
Aakash, you need to minute the meeting for tomorrow, please carry a diary and a pen.
