Hello People!

First of all welcome to the amazing department and second phase of the year Q2

I hope the first meeting was productive in terms of Discussions and Output of the same. Now to make things possible and track Quarter 2 for your specific departments we need to start with getting things on track for your department in terms of all the resources you have and all the resources you need.

I am assigning some tasks with Deadline to all of you, please make sure you follow up with the tasks.

Sneha and Shivani- Start tracking AMs and Minutes of the Meeting and share the Tracking Sheet with me.

OGX - Please have a LEAD with AMs ASAP and Raise.

For now please do this and update me on the same. We start hardcore work after these things are sorted.

Rupika, I have already talked to Sneha regarding this, She said LEAD is not possible right now as AM's are busy with their exams! So I cant really help it, as I'm not much involved with AMs yet! :(
