Important Time | Responsiblities

Hello People, I hope you all are doing well in your departments and lives.

I am writing a very straight forward mail to all of you, make sure you understand and realize the importance of the same.

First of all, you all are going great in your departments but you need to remember that you all are working on dual roles and you need to realize the importance of the same.

First of all I would like to appreciate the kind of work Ankita is doing in the department as an HR of her department.

Make sure you share the output with me.

2. A good initiative- Buddy System launched :)

I hope you all understand, these small little things play a very important role in your departments, start calling me and asking me things you want to implement.

Please make sure a meeting happens in the coming week, Akash please call me for the same within 12 hours.

Please start engaging your members, high time you provide them quality experience :)

Replies with whats going in the department and what would be your role in this month in your departments as an exchange support coordinator.

PS: If something is wrong with someone's aiesec.net ID, mail is supposed to be written to VP IM- Anukaran and CCed to me!

Hi Rupika, thankyou for this reminder  
GCDP is also entirely engrossed in matching. Additionally, we are taki a shot at finding new projects
Client review is happening simultaneously  
The members were busy with exams, like most people but they are getting free by this week, except me ( :'( ) my exams have started.
This coming month, as the focus lies gravely on matching, Id be tracking the activity of the members, their connect to their work and departments, facilitation of members and teams with whatever they require.
Additionally, any client or intern review whenever possible  

However, Id be more active virtually than physically, due to exams. Wish to be successful
:)

Hi rupika,
Right now matching is happening, but mostly work is being done by the TLs because members have their exams. Most of the members will be free on 11th (Chitkara :P ). And I too have my exams this whole month. So I will be more active virtually than being present in meetings.
But matching is finally yielding some results in oGIP. You all will see a major jump in our projections in the coming week :'D
