In the rare event that we have an open spot in the league the following rules apply: 

  1. Addition

  1. In the off-season, if an open position must be filled due to expulsion, expansion, or retirement a forum will be open by the Commissioner via email

  2. The League will take nominations and hear discussion for new Owners

  3. At the conclusion of discussion, the Commissioner will call for an email vote.  50% + 1 vote is required to add a new Owner

We will be voting Yay/Nays on Carson Dickens to fill the open ownership spot from the recently retired Stephen Goss.  

Carson will be elected with 6 Yay votes.  (50% + 1 of the 11 owners) 

I vote Yes.
